About me
Sven Dill
I show up as the human I am — curious, evolving, and always open to growth. With over 20 years of experience in Lean and Agile environments, I believe deeply in the power of Collective Intelligence and strong, value-driven networks.
I didn’t plan to become an Agile Coach. I just kept following the energy of transformation—and it is continously leading me to where I am.
My Agile journey began in 2014 at ING Belgium, where I got my first real taste of Agile while supporting their early transformation efforts. Soon after, I joined the global Agile team at ING’s headquarters in Amsterdam, helping shape a bold new way of working inspired by pioneers like Spotify, Zappos, and Google.
As part of that team, I co-hosted monthly bootcamps for transition teams from across the ING world. It was in those rooms, with people from wildly different cultures and backgrounds, that I learned one of my most valuable lessons: transformation isn’t just structural—it’s deeply cultural.
Since 2018, I’ve worked independently as an Enterprise Agile Coach, guiding organizations through the messy, meaningful process of real change. I founded my own company "beyond solutions -sven dill" and supported a wide range of clients, have included ING DiBa in Austria and Germany, ING Italy, SD Worx, Adidas, and ongoing —since 2022—Elia/50Hertz.
What I do? I coach teams and leaders, design workshops, train new coaches, and support organizations in navigating complexity. My work is grounded in frameworks like Cynefin (Dave Snowden), Lean Startup (Eric Ries), and Agile Software Development—but always driven by a human-centered approach.
Before Agile, I spent over a decade in the German automotive industry as a Lean Project Manager at ZF Friedrichshafen AG. That time taught me the power of systems thinking, structure, and discipline. But Agile brought something more: adaptability, emergence, and room for people to grow.
I haven’t forgotten where I come from. And I haven’t stopped evolving either. During the time of Covid I followed an ICF Coaching program to extend my skill set for transformational work. And it was again about transforming myself.
Agile speaks to me because it puts people at the center of change. And that’s where I believe real transformation begins.
