After the success of our first editions in Brussels in last years August and November, the 3D World journey continues! Twelve pioneers — Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, and facilitators — joined me to explore and practice the 3D World method during our first two sessions in Belgium. Together, we discovered how powerful it can be to turn complex challenges into visual, tangible landscapes. Participants described it as immersive, playful, and surprisingly effective in helping groups see connections, uncover blind spots, and make progress faster.
